About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets can't be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
As seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis based on the selected ticket zone, guests are advised to arrive promptly in order to secure the best possible seating.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event's location—not even service animals.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Guests may not bring weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, large bags, professional cameras/recording devices, or items that may block visibility. Smoking and e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated areas.

The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest. Seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis- for the best seating experience, please plan to arrive on time.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

This experience is recommended for guests above 18+ years old. Valid ID will be required at the gates. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
